With support from the Truist Foundation, The Acceleration Project (TAP) is excited to invite you to apply for EDGE (Economic Development & Growth for Entrepreneurs). 

The EDGE program is designed to help small business owners strengthen their personal and business financial health, through ongoing coaching opportunities with TAP financial experts. The EDGE program leverages the Financial Health Network’s FinHealth Score® framework, with coaching modules following four pillars of financial excellence — Save, Spend, Borrow, and Plan & Protect.

Through this program, participating small business owners can expect to receive:

• No-cost small business coaching to level up your personal and business financial skills, beginning in early September.

• Small group coaching (up to four business owners), 1:1 coaching sessions, peer learning opportunities, and more, all held virtually and scheduled at your convenience.

• An opportunity to win a cash award from a $10,000 prize pool!

First up, please complete TAP’s general application — a quick step required for anyone working with TAP. We ask about your business finances so we can better understand the small business owners we serve, and your answers are kept confidential. Once it’s done, you’ll be able to register for an information session to learn more about the program.

Note: Business owners who are based across the states of Florida, George, Tennessee, and North Carolina are eligible for the EDGE program. For business owners located in Southern New Jersey or the Greater Philadelphia areas, you are eligible for the EDGE program only if your business is based within the below ZIP code ranges: 

South New Jersey ZIP codes: (08000–08999) 

Philadelphia ZIP codes: (19019–19255)
